Please wear a mask (not a face covering) to your reservation. Any guest not wearing the appropriate mask will be given a mask for an additional $5 or will be turned away. 

Please arrive at your appointment alone and on time! Children are not allowed, unless they are receiving services. Visitors are asked to remain in the vehicle and wait for you. If you are going to be more than 5 minutes late, please reschedule and expect to be charged a rescheduling fee.

Lastly, please cancel your appointment if you are running a fever or not feeling well.
